Recipe Searcher is a simple little program for finding Morrowind potion recipes that give the effects you want with the ingredients you have.
You can download (694KB) it. Or you could read the documentation to see if it does what you want. Or you could download (468KB) it without the 2.5MB recipe file that makes the first option such a big download. Or if you are really short on bandwidth you can grab just the executable (256KB). Or you could download just the source code (10KB) to make it do just what you want (assumming you know C++ and a little wxWindows) or to compile it yourself.
The signed md5sums of the downloads should be checked by the paranoid.
