An Iowa woman has been charged with killing her newborn daughter by tossing her down a Florida hotel rubbish chute from the seventh floor.
Number one on your list when planning to do something like that should be, do not travel from a no death penalty state to a death penalty state to perform the killing. Sure there's currently a moratorium on the death penalty in Florida, but since there's already a 13 year waiting list I wouldn't be counting on that delaying things much.
