Police pulled the Ford over and booked its 25-year-old driver with dangerous driving and exceeding the speed limit by more than 45kmh.
I'm not so sure about the "dangerous driving" part. The article also says "The two were the only vehicles on the stretch of road at the time." That stretch of road is three lanes in both directions, with a concrete barrier median strip, and concrete barriers on both sides. It's also a bridge (raised road? not sure of the term). There's a long strip between the starting and ending lights - between which no one can enter/exit the road. I guess dangerous to one's self might count?
