Police turned away without judge's blood - 2004-11-04 04:57:18

It's a useful thing to notice; judges, lawyers, and police when being investigated always get a lawyer and say and do only what is required. You should to, never play nice.

Surely the blood sample he got wouldn't be usable as evidence anyway. There's no chain of custody and hence it can't be trusted. If the judge was drinking then surely he would go get a blood sample taken somewhere he won't be recognised when not drunk and swap them? And how can he be sure nobody has tampered with his sample, he mightn't have kept it secure after all.

PM condemns troops in Ku Klux Klan hoods - 2004-11-10 18:37:43

How is that not attempted murder?

NZ bans US hate game - 2004-11-30 06:58:23

They seem a little slow in New Zealand.

The game was released in the US in December 2003, and in fact is really just an expansion pack for a game released in April 2003. So it seems a little late to be banning it...

It may not be banned in Australia but that's only because no one has been foolish enough to apply for classification after Postal (which the game in question is a sequel to) was Refused Classification (which makes it illegal to sell, display, or advertise) in 1997.
